Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support the safe operation of a client facility. You will maintain building systems, repair MHE and robotic equipment, and ensure preventative maintenance is performed and documented.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a large, diverse environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing stairs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
