Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of material handling equipment and robotic systems at a client facility. You will work in a safety-first environment, ensuring reliability of critical systems and documenting maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Experience using hand tools (powered or non-powered).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems and MHE at the facility.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on equipment.
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging/distribution gear.
• Document routine maintenance and safety procedures.
• Manage inventory and support client relations with Operations team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
