Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of client facilities and oversee material handling equipment and robotic systems. You will work to repair, maintain, and improve building systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot MHE, belts, motors, and related components.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
