Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems at a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems while promoting a safety-first work culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to solve problems and follow general instructions in standard situations.
• Ability to move up to 50 lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
