Job summary

CBRE is seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems across the site, contributing to a safety-first culture and reliable operations for a major client’s distribution environment.

The role emphasizes solving mechanical/electrical issues, preventive maintenance documentation, and collaboration with Client and Operations teams to ensure smooth daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned.
