Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of building systems at a client facility in Fredericksburg, VA. You will repair, maintain, and improve handling equipment and robotic systems while following safety procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and about 1 year of related experience. Familiarity with MS Office and basic hand tools is expected, with CMMS experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to operate hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Repair and maintain MHE, belts, motors, sensors and related components.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventive maintenance routines.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
