Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility.

You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve material handling equipment and robotic systems throughout the site. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related maintenance experience or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using hand tools (powered or non-powered).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and solve routine issues.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility.
• Repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems.
• Document preventative maintenance routines and track inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
