Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Automation / Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to join our Energy and Resources consulting team. The role focuses on developing automation and control system design within multidisciplinary projects across North America, including mining, power generation, oil & gas, and renewable energy.

You will work with engineers, EITs, designers and clients, leading or supporting project design, with travel approx. 10% to client sites or other Stantec offices.

Responsibilities

• Engineering support for multidisciplinary projects from proposals through design phases (PFS, FS, detailed design, construction, commissioning and start-up).
• Site work including as-is investigations, scope validation, construction, commissioning and start-up support.
