Carolina Handling, a Raymond Dealer, is seeking a Field Technician to diagnose and repair electro-mechanical equipment at customer sites. You will perform installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance while maintaining a strong focus on safety and service quality.

You’ll interact with customers directly, deliver clear explanations, and ensure satisfaction. A valid driver’s license, basic technical knowledge, and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of related maintenance, repair, or installation experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and electronics; ability to read schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems and performing installations and repairs.
• Interact directly with customers to understand concerns and resolve issues.
• Maintain professional demeanor and represent the company positively at customer sites.
• Execute repairs promptly and efficiently to ensure safety and reliability.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment for contracted customers per policies.
