CBRE is seeking a skilled Ctrl Systems Engineer / Automation Engineer to support automated material handling equipment for a major online retailer. You will work with controls and maintenance teams to maximize equipment reliability, performance, and proactive preventive maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLC/PC controllers, RSLogix 5000, Controllogix/CompactLogix, robotics components, and SCADA systems while coordinating with site leadership and operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) programs.
• 2+ years of experience with robotics system components and controls.
• 2+ years of experience with SCADA systems.
• Ability to be available and work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a safe working environment by complying with applicable codes and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and modify software programs for material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and RSLogix 5000.
• First level escalation in troubleshooting support on-site and remotely, including after hours.
• Inspect systems to ensure operation within design capabilities and client requirements.
• Oversee development scope, scheduling, and inspection of work by outside contractors.
