CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a skilled Ctrl Systems Engineer / Automation Engineer to support automated material handling equipment for a major online retailer. You will focus on reliability, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement across conveyors, sortation, scanners, cameras, and SCADA programs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in PLCs, robotics controls, and SCADA systems, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2+ years of experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) programs.
• 2+ years of experience with robotics system components and controls.
• 2+ years of experience with SCADA systems.

Responsabilités

• Promote a safe working environment and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and modify PLC/PC control software for material handling systems.
• Provide on-site and remote first-level escalation support, including after-hours support.
• Inspect systems to verify operation per design specifications and client requirements.
• Oversee development scope, work requests, scheduling, and contractor inspections.
