Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking an Associate Client Solutions Director to own delivery assurance for client automation engagements. You will be the primary customer contact, coordinating with engineers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure value delivery and on‑time outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget and risk management, and close collaboration with the account and engagement managers to expand automation capabilities across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years leading project or program delivery, ideally including automation engagements.
• Strong program management with delivery governance and customer relationship skills.
• Experience with Agile development practices and Scrum Master background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automation engagements on time, within scope and budget with clear milestones.
• Manage contract deliverables, risk, and stakeholder expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with account and engagement managers to drive successful client outcomes.
