World Wide Technology seeks an Associate Client Solutions Director to lead delivery of strategic digital and AI programs, strengthen client relationships, and grow footprint in key accounts. The ACSD (St.

Louis based) will partner with client stakeholders and lead WWT teams spanning software engineering, AI/ML engineering, design, and product to shape and execute the right solution. This is a technical leadership role, with credibility in technical conversations with Director- and VP-level

Qualifications

• 10+ years of applicable experience in digital client leadership.
• 3+ years in director level client-facing roles.
• Proven high-value client relationships.
• Experience with AI/Digital transformation programs.
• Experience with P&L and budget responsibility.
• Experience in digital consultancy or technology-led agency.
• Strong presentation and strategic recommendation skills.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Technical delivery credibility.
• Travel willingness and location near St. Louis area.

Responsibilities

• Own key client relationships and drive account growth.
• Lead program strategy and technical solutions.
• Act as financial lead and ensure profit targets.
• Guide delivery teams and report progress.
• Coordinate across engineering, design, data, AI, cloud.
