Qualifications

• 8-12 years in a senior client-facing role (Program Director/Sr. Manager level).
• Proven piloting and scaling of new offerings on complex client programs.
• Strong leadership, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead incubation, execution and adoption of new capabilities on client engagements.
• Coordinate with internal development teams, engineers, project managers, and delivery leads.
• Drive growth opportunities and ensure high-value client outcomes across engagements.
• Mentor teams to meet objectives and maintain delivery commitments.
• Identify opportunities to create value and reusable collateral for clients.
