Job summary

World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT) is seeking a Services Solution Architect within the Automation and Agentic Operations Solutions Practice.

You will lead solution design for complex automation programs, shape opportunities, and translate business needs into architectures and proposals. You'll work with sales and clients to craft compelling business cases, guide discovery, and align offerings across Cloud, Security, and Digital domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, system architecture, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery, leadership experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills; ability to communicate with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical and solutioning work for automation pursuits, defining use cases and translating business requirements into architectures and proposals.
• Lead client-facing discovery and solution design during sales cycles, validating data sources, feasibility, delivery approach and value assumptions.
• Qualify and drive automation opportunities forward, assessing fit, complexity, value potential, and delivery readiness.
