Job summary

World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Agentic Operations & Observability Consultant—Automation to lead architecture and delivery of automation, observability, and AI‑enabled operations for global clients. This role emphasizes leadership, strategy, and hands‑on delivery across enterprise environments.

You will mentor engineers, define priorities, and collaborate with sales, partners, and client IT leadership while building scalable patterns and tooling to accelerate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large automation and observability engagements.
• Strong documentation and cross‑team collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of infrastructure automation and observability architectures.
• Own solution architecture across automation, observability, and AI‑enabled operations.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and mentor engineers.
• Communicate architecture decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Develop reusable patterns and contribute intellectual property to the practice.
