Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass invites an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our collision and glass service teams. You will manage ordering, receiving, storing, and dispatching parts for each repair order, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work with vendors and internal teams to verify parts quality, maintain proper inventories, and support a seamless customer experience from repair intake to completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3+ years of experience with automotive parts and customer service.
• Customer-focused and organized with the ability to handle pressure.
• I-CAR registration in progress toward Gold Class certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts per repair orders, verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop in line with production schedule.
• Enter all parts invoices into MIS.
• Label and track parts by RO number and track price changes.
• Monitor vendor invoices and reconcile parts performance.
• Post and file invoices and credit memos promptly.
• Verify negotiated discounts on vendor invoices.
