Job summary

Delta Community Credit Union is seeking a Title Specialist to secure consumer titles and liens across the loan portfolio, ensuring compliance and top-notch member service. The role involves fast-paced problem solving, communication with members, the DMV, and dealers to protect collateral interests.

The position requires 2+ years of customer service in financial services, 1+ year with auto titles, and strong written/spoken communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ customer service experience in financial services or related field.
• 1+ year experience with auto loans or motor vehicle titles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Complies with BSA/FDCPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve complex title issues and escalations.
• Ensure compliance and security of member loan information and collateral records.
• Manage exception reports and communicate with members, DMV, dealers.
• Monitor lien perfection timelines and accuracy of documentation.
• Support risk mitigation and fraud detection related to titles.
