FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Consumer Lending Titles Processor to ensure smooth end-to-end title processing for vehicle loans and leases. You will handle paid-in-full reports, title rejections, loan packages, and perfected titles, while supporting member and vendor service calls.

The role requires attention to detail, 2 years in auto title processing, and proficiency in Velocity, DNA, and ARCos. Collaboration with dealers and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years of experience focused on auto title processing.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Proficient in Velocity, DNA and ARCos systems.
• Experienced in work with dealerships and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process paid-in-full reports and manage title rejections.
• Handle incoming loan packages and perfected titles; prepare member title documents.
• Support inbound and outbound member and vendor service calls.
• Inventory of new titles with correct owner and lienholder info.
• Ensure timely release of titles and liens through cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in system enhancements testing and SOP updates.
