Premier America Credit Union is seeking a DMV Specialist to oversee titles, registrations, and liens for consumer loans. The role requires deep DMV expertise, accuracy in document handling, and collaboration with branches and loan centers to ensure smooth, compliant processing.

You will mentor DMV staff, maintain rigorous records, and drive process improvements within the Consumer Lending department while upholding service levels and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of DMV processing or related field experience.
• High school diploma required; Associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DMV procedures and state-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and DMV software.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify DMV documents for consumer loans with accuracy.
• Review DMV documents for completeness and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with branches, loan centers, and teams to answer inquiries.
• Train and mentor DMV representatives and specialists.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with audits.
• Monitor daily workflow and address bottlenecks.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely responses.
• Escalate complex issues and support management.
