Premier America Credit Union is seeking a DMV Specialist to oversee vehicle titles, registrations, and liens for consumer loans. The role requires DMV expertise, attention to detail, and mentoring capability to guide teammates while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include processing documents, reviewing records, collaborating with branches and centers, and maintaining secure, auditable records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DMV processing, consumer lending, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree or related certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of state DMV procedures, requirements and processes.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and quick, accurate decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify DMV documents for consumer loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Review DMV documents for completeness and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with branches, loan contact center and internal teams for smooth DMV handling.
• Assist in training and mentoring DMV Representatives and Specialists.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory and audit compliance.
• Monitor daily workflow and address bottlenecks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve DMV processes and reduce errors.
• Adhere to SLAs and respond promptly to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of complex issues and escalate when needed.
