The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and a guest-first mindset; you will mentor staff and contribute to achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and retail industry understanding.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to boost sales.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
