Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC in Fridley, MN is seeking a Crew Chief to join our store leadership team. You will work directly with the General Manager to guide the crew, drive sales, and deliver top-notch customer service in a fast-paced retail auto care environment.

Prior retail management experience is valued, with growth opportunities and supportive compensation. You will help lead daily operations, coach teammates, manage inventory and cash handling, and ensure a safe, clean guest-focused center.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lead diverse teams and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasts, and expenses.
