Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and retail industry understanding.
• Able to analyze and recommend sales and service improvements.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Automotive experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team under the General Manager to drive sales and guest experience.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training program.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Set daily goals and lead daily team huddles.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to guidelines.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Resolve guest issues promptly.
