Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking a Crew Chief in West Saint Paul to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with the General Manager to guide the crew, deliver consistent service, and help grow store performance.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Competitive wage and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance retail setting.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew under the General Manager to grow revenue and sales.
• Coach and develop teammates through internal training programs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
• Oversee inventory, budgeting support, and financial performance with GM/DM.
• Open and close operations and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
