The role requires 1–3 years of retail management or automotive leadership, strong communication, and the ability to develop teammates through coaching and training programs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience; automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and business sense.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew with the General Manager to guide operations and boost sales.
• Coach and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Manage inventory and ordering to meet business needs.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and customer service excellence.
• Prepare budgets and sales forecasts with the GM.
