Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and ability to analyze financial objectives.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSAs.
• Oversee inventory management and product ordering.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness per company standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve issues.
