Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Sound business sense and retail industry understanding.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to boost sales.

Responsabilités

• Increase revenue through guest growth and core metrics.
• Coach and deliver excellent customer service to guests.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Mentor teammates via internal training programs.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expenses.
