Team Car Care in Hopkins, MN is seeking a Crew Chief to join the management team and drive guest satisfaction while guiding the crew. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations and sales initiatives.

This role develops leadership skills, fosters team engagement, and supports budgeting and forecasting in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Prior automotive experience is not required and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with ability to inspire diverse teams.
• Strong business sense and understanding of retail.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew to deliver top-notch guest experiences.
• Drive revenue growth via guest counts and core sales metrics.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Ensure clean, safe, and presentable service center; mentor technicians and CSAs.
