Responsabilités

• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service questions.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain an organized appointment schedule.
• Provide customers with information about service availability and expectations.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience from first contact to service visit.
