Job summary

Mark Toyota of Plover is seeking an Experienced Appointment Coordinator (BDC) to schedule appointments and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the dealership service process. The role emphasizes clear communication and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, booking appointments, maintaining records, and following up after service. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, and training opportunities.

• Prior experience in appointment scheduling

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound phone calls and scheduling appointments for our guests
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer information
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
• Offering best in class customer service to every customer by phone, email and text
• Learning basic operation codes for common services
• Determining the proper service needed and consulting the customer for that service
• Advise on required maintenance recommendations
• Learning the scheduling system for the Service Department and understanding scheduling needs
• After Service Follow Up call to ensure that their service experience went as expected
• Declined Service follow up calls to generate sales, to ensure returned service work
• Other tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
