Job summary

Kool Toyota is seeking a motivated Service Appointment Coordinator to support our busy Service Department in Grand Rapids, MI. This full-time role emphasizes customer-focused service, scheduling efficiency, and clear communication.

You will schedule, confirm, and coordinate service appointments, answer calls, and help maintain a positive customer experience from first contact through service completion. Starting pay is $18.00+ per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership experience is highly preferred, especially in service scheduling, BDC, or a Service Advisor support role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software.
• Starting pay of $18.00+ per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can help keep our service schedule running smoothly. Previous automotive dealership or service department experience is highly preferred. We want someone who understands the importance of excellent customer service, clear communication, and keeping up with a high-volume department.

What You’ll Do
