Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related experience in automotive service environment.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mathematical concepts and ability to apply math to commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, engage, schedule appointments, and sell parts and services.
• Organize and process work orders and register transactions, and maintain knowledge of services.
• Assist in customer care, work orders, register assistance, and store upkeep.
• Follow all policies on cash handling, refunds, and returns; coordinate with management on issues.
• Perform routine express automotive services: tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and oil changes.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper torque and service standards.
• Support a safe and compliant work environment with management.
• Communicate effectively with associates, management, and customers.
• Handle opening/closing duties as key holder.
• Keep shop organized and adhere to policies.
