Job summary

The Pep Boys Manny Moe & Jack LLC is seeking a customer-focused associate to engage customers, schedule appointments, and drive sales at the service desk, on the floor, and at the register. You'll excel in product knowledge and provide quick, accurate service to keep vehicles running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a year of automotive sales or service experience, a valid driver's license, and basic math skills to handle commissions and discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related experience in automotive service or sales.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers on the phone and in the store.
• Schedule appointments and assist with parts and service sales.
• Organize service desk, transactions, and register activities.
• Follow policies on cash, credit, refunds, and returns.
• Perform routine express automotive services and vehicle inspections.
