Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our automotive service team in Massachusetts. You will act as second in command, guiding the team when the Service Manager is not on site and ensuring VIP standards and policies are followed to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will help develop a high-performing team, oversee safety compliance, and coordinate training and communications to maintain service excellence across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASE certifications (C1, P2, G1) preferred; State Inspection License may be required where applicable.
• Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is Priority #1 and enforce policies.
• Lead the team and assist the Service Manager to deliver a different and better customer experience.
• Coordinate LMS training completion for all associates and ensure certifications.
• Oversee facility and equipment maintenance and cleanliness to meet standards.
• Communicate with management through daily huddles and meetings; monitor store operations.
• Educate customers about vehicle conditions and VIP processes to provide solutions.
