Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking an experienced Service Manager in Thornton, CO to lead auto service operations, coach technicians, and ensure exceptional customer care. You will schedule work, mentor staff, manage inventory, and drive service excellence across the shop.

Responsibilities include coordinating front/back-of-house activities, improving retention, and upholding quality standards while supporting store profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; 4 years auto service technical experience; 1 year service manager or service writer experience; problem solving and handling customer complaints; ability to recruit technicians; willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues; valid driver’s license at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Facilitate communication between front and back of shop to drive sales.
• Provide insights to optimize revenue and store operations.
