Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a Service Manager/Lead to oversee auto service teams, schedule work, coach technicians and drive customer satisfaction in our Denver-area stores. You will coordinate parts, tools, and processes to deliver high-quality service while meeting safety and policy standards.

With a focus on leadership and operational excellence, you will recruit and train staff, manage daily workflows, and strive to exceed service targets and customer expectations at Bridgestone

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians according to store requirements.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by managing interactions, issue resolution, and follow-up.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and feedback to foster loyalty.
• Develop understanding of business operations in the automotive service environment to enhance efficiency.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to front of shop to facilitate product and service sales.
