Job summary

Bridgestone Americas seeks an experienced Auto Service Manager to oversee technician teams and service operations in our Bridgestone Retail Operations network. You will lead scheduling, hiring, and coaching, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

You will collaborate with front and back shop personnel to optimize service delivery, drive sales, and maintain operational efficiency across our stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience required.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians; manage inventory and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties for auto service staff.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
