Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Auto Service Leader to manage customer relationships, coach technicians, and lead an automotive service team in a fast-paced retail setting. The role includes scheduling work, driving sales, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee hiring and training, maintain high standards, handle daily store operations, and work closely with front and back shop teams to optimize revenue and service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Ability to lead and coach others; strong teammate and customer communication.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of an auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as primary contact for customer inquiries and feedback.
• Develop understanding of business operations and effective store management.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Support front-of-shop with insights to optimize revenue.
