Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. operates Bridgestone Retail Operations, including Firestone Complete Auto Care locations, and seeks an experienced auto service leader.

You will manage customer relationships, oversee technicians, and help drive parts and service sales while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires strong people skills, automotive expertise, and the ability to recruit and mentor technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience is required.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience is required.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians according to store requirements.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers and oversee service operations.
• Oversee hiring and training of auto service team.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
• Provide insights to the front of the shop to facilitate product and service sales.
