Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking an experienced service manager to combine automotive repair knowledge with strong people skills.

This role will manage customer relationships and act as a liaison between technicians and customers, while selecting, coaching, and supervising vehicle technicians. You will assist with parts and equipment purchases, oversee hiring and training, and strive to maintain high teammate retention and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience, with duties in supervision, coaching and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serving all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensuring high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Developing customer satisfaction and retention.
• Other duties as assigned.
