Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Service Manager to combine automotive repair knowledge with strong people skills, acting as a liaison between technicians and customers. You will select, coach, lead, train and supervise vehicle technicians while assisting with parts and equipment purchases.

Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring quality standards, driving store performance, and fostering long-term loyalty through proactive communication and issue

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Willingness to continue education and ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers and oversee service quality.
• Oversee hiring and training of an effective auto service team and maintain high retention.
• Develop understanding of business operations and drive store efficiency.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
