Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Service Manager who combines in-depth automotive repair knowledge with strong people skills. You will manage customer relationships and act as a liaison between technicians and customers while guiding, coaching and supervising vehicle technicians and assisting with parts purchases.

Responsibilities include assigning work, hiring and training staff, maintaining quality standards, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and driving sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license at all times.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
