Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a service leader who will manage customer relationships, coach technicians, and help drive trust and loyalty in our auto service centers.

The role combines hands-on repair knowledge with people leadership to oversee staff, schedule work, and ensure high-quality service, while coordinating parts and customer communications for a seamless store operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to recruit and train technicians.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions, vehicle inspections and service coordination.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
