Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking a Service Manager to lead the auto service team, manage customer relationships, and coordinate technicians with front counter staff.

You’ll hire, train, and supervise technicians, drive sales, ensure quality standards, and maintain high customer satisfaction. A high school diploma and several years in auto service plus leadership experience are required; ASE certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver’s license at all times to test drive vehicles.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and maintain quality standards.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
