Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an experienced service leader to manage customer relationships and liaise between technicians and customers. You will select, coach, and supervise vehicle technicians while helping with parts and equipment purchases.

Pay range is $20.70 - $32.34 per hour. Bridgestone emphasizes fair compensation and dedicated training for both full-time and part-time teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading auto service staff is needed.
• Strong problem solving and customer-issue resolution required.
• Ability to recruit and coach technicians as store needs.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Be the primary contact for customer inquiries and feedback, fostering relationships.
• Understand operations from paperwork to financial transactions and policies.
