Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States seeks a Service Manager to lead auto service teams, coordinate technicians and customers, and oversee parts purchasing. You will schedule work, coach staff, and ensure quality and safety standards across daily store activities.

The role offers competitive pay ($21.85–$34.14 per hour), benefits from day one, and opportunities to develop ASE certifications while delivering exceptional customer service and profitable store operations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Problem solving - customer complaints.
• Aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, etc.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.
• Teammate and customer/communication skills.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians according to store requirements.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license to test drive customers' vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff by skill.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.

• Provide insights to front of shop to facilitate product and service sales.
