Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a customer-focused supervisor with automotive expertise to manage technicians and customer relationships. You will coach, train and supervise staff, assist with parts purchases, and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will help maintain high standards, schedule work, and contribute to sales by communicating front/back shop needs and opportunities. Bridgestone values inclusion and development across a global team.

Qualifications

• Must have 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Capacity to lead and coach others.
• Willingness to continue education and stay current in automotive repair issues.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee hiring and training of the auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention and quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and vehicle inspections.
