Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an experienced Auto Service Manager to lead a team of technicians and drive high-quality service. You’ll oversee customer interactions, supervise staff, and coordinate with parts and technicians to ensure smooth shop operations.

We offer a $1,500 sign-on for first-time hires, a pay range of $20.70–$32.34/hour, and opportunities for ASE certification and professional development through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 4 years auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience preferred.
• Problem solving and customer complaint handling.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians; manage scheduling and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Oversee customer service and vehicle inspections; ensure high satisfaction.
• Lead and train auto service team; liaise with technicians and customers.
