Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Customer Service/Service Manager to lead auto service teams at Bridgestone locations. You will supervise technicians, manage parts procurement, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

This on-site role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and operational excellence. Ideal candidates have significant auto service experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to ongoing education and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year in service manager or service writer role.
• Strong problem-solving for customer complaints; capable of inventory, scheduling, and equipment upkeep.
• Ability to lead and coach teammates.
• Ability to recruit and select technicians per store needs.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing automotive education.
• Valid driver's license required for test drives.

Responsibilities

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
• Ensure high teammate retention.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards.
• Drive sales through proactive customer interactions and inspections.
• Provide insights to the front of the shop to facilitate product and service sales.
• Manage paperwork, financial transactions, and adherence to policies.
